DRF1278F is a type of 433MHz low cost RF front-end transceiver module based on SX1278. It keeps the advantages of RFIC SX1278 but simplifies the circuit design. The high sensitivity (-136dBm) in LoRa modulation and 20dBm high power output make the module suitable for low range and low data rate applications.
DRF7020D27 is a type of 433MHz high power wireless transceiver module based on RFIC ADF7020-1. It adopts high efficient EDAC technology to guarantee the reliability of communication. The modules can work well at the default parameters without any change. Users also can change the parameters such as RF data rate output power RF center frequency Baud rate according to the applications through commands by microcontroller or USB-to-TTL converter board DAC02 by computer. Because of the superb stability the line-of-sight distance at 9.6k bps RF data rate can be 2.8~3.5km. If users use lower RF data rate and higher gain antenna such as Yagi antenna the distance can be extended to 6km or even more. The part number in the picture is DRF7020D27-043A2 which integrates UART/TTL interface and RS485 interface so it provides designer more flexibility for different applications. It can communicate with lower power module DRF7020D13. For tight budget application DRF7020D27-043A2 can be used as transmitter and DRF7020D13 as receiver for one way communication.
